Hello, and welcome to my blog for personal fitness. Fitness embodies much more than just exercise and a healthy diet, fitness is a lifestyle! Honestly, with all the social media outlets available finding information on personal fitness is not difficult, but finding those hints that are useful to average people is! My goal with this blog is to sort through the wealth of information available and share helpful hints that are doable by the average person who does not spend 4 hours a day in a gym. I acknowledge that not everyone wants a sculpted body, but rather a healthy body. I invite everyone to comment, share tips, and make requests for specific information.
